On Monday, Sec2s, are to fall in by 12pm outside NPCC room in PT kit. This will only take around 2hours, it is only a briefing. However, this briefing is utmost important for the Games Day itself.

0910 to 0930 : Emcees’ Time (hall)
0930 to 1030 : Commence of 10 Games; 6minutes each (hall)
1030 to 1100 : Emcees’ time; Buffer Time;reception; Prize Presentation (hall)
1100 to 1105: Emcees’ time (hall)
1105 to 1115 : Quarter finales(hall
1115 to 1125 : Semi finales (hall)
1125 to 1130: Emcees’ time; 5min break(hall)
1130 to 1140 : Finals (hall)
1140 to 1220 : Emcees’ time; Prize Presentation; School songs and cheers; surveys

Above is the Time Plan for the day itself. I expect every cadet to have a copy of this time plan on Monday, and I also expect every cadet to memorize it well.
